Our mission is to turn overlooked, power-capable properties into practical infrastructure for the next generation of computing. We begin with verified power and a willing customer requirement, then assemble the property, approvals, design, construction, and delivery plan around it.
Adaptive reuse
We evaluate former cultivation, cold-storage, manufacturing, and other heavy-power facilities with reusable electrical, cooling, security, and 24/7 operating infrastructure.
Powered-shell development
We coordinate acquisition, entitlement, utility work, design, and construction to deliver a facility ready for technical fit-out.
Build-to-suit execution
We align the site, capital, operating partner, and construction program around a committed AI or HPC anchor requirement.

Yehuda Elmakias
Founder & Development Principal
Yehuda Elmakias is the Founder and Development Principal of SiteWatt Infrastructure. He brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, with extensive knowledge of project development, construction management, site evaluation, budgeting, and execution.
Yehuda holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His combination of technical education and hands-on construction leadership gives SiteWatt a practical, development-focused approach to creating power-rich facilities for AI, GPU cloud, and high-performance computing.
